Key insights from System of Work Brazil 2025
On June 5th, we took part in System of Work Brazil 2025, an event hosted by Atlassian to explore, in practical terms, how technology can empower collaboration across departments, teams, and individuals.
The gathering brought together over 400 people — executives, experts, and partners — all united by a common goal: to build a new way of working that’s more integrated, smarter, and aligned with today’s challenges.
As an Atlassian Platinum Partner, we joined the event to stay close to the latest developments in this ecosystem and reflect on the paths of digital transformation. In this blog post, we’ve summarized the key insights that stood out during the event.
Artificial intelligence embedded in the workflow
One of the most prominent topics was the rise of AI in corporate environments.
In his opening talk, André Palma, Channel Manager at Atlassian, emphasized the evolution of generative AI and how it’s becoming embedded directly into daily workflows.
The main takeaway: AI must become an active part of daily operations — supporting decision-making, streamlining tasks, and connecting information with context.
This shift makes it clear: it’s not just about adopting AI, but about integrating it in a way that’s efficient, secure, and productive.
Rovo fully integrated into the workflow
Among the highlights of the event, Rovo received special attention.
Atlassian’s solution was presented in its new structure, now combining three key features — Search, Chat, and Studio — supported by intelligent agents designed to accelerate workflows and simplify access to information.
Each component of Rovo plays a strategic role:
- Rovo Search: enables precise data retrieval, even when information is scattered across multiple tools.
- Rovo Chat: functions as a real-time AI assistant that can remember context, analyze spreadsheets, and generate reports.
- Rovo Studio: offers a space for users to create agents, automations, and custom solutions — with or without code.
Additionally, Rovo is powered by the Teamwork Graph, a smart data architecture that respects permissions and connects data across different sources.
This evolution positions Rovo as a bridge between organizational knowledge and everyday execution — aligning strategy, people, and technology.
Trends that resonate with our approach
Attending the System of Work event reaffirmed many of the principles that guide our work. Here are a few key takeaways we brought with us:
- Effective AI is integrated AI: the more seamlessly AI is embedded into everyday tools, the greater its impact.
- Governance is non-negotiable: security, privacy, and compliance must be at the core of scalable solutions.
- Efficiency requires context: linking data, goals, and actions is what turns productivity into real value.
- Customization is power: enabling teams to adapt tools to their specific needs is the path to high performance.
